Hu-ray for Hollywood

Forget Zhang Ziyi - Kelly Hu has been Chinese and appearing in films for ages, and generally doing a much better job at the tricky concepts Zhang has yet to master, such as "dialogue delivery" and "believably emoting". We tracked Kelly down in our imaginations and subjected her to an intense grilling session, then asked about a few of her favourite things while we sat and ate the burgers we had just grilled.
